One of the most frequently asked questions that we get is “what animals should I start with or which ones would work best for my property and goals?” With this being a leading topic of conversation, it only makes sense to create a course to help you to gather the information that you need to make this decision. We’ll discuss the different species that are available, the pros and cons to each, which ones work well together, cost efficiency, hardiness, ease of managing, how terrain and climate play a role and so much more.

I had no idea how much fun this workshop would be until I threw it on the schedule as a “why not?!” response to several requests for it. Before our move we were able to offer it in person. Our new property doesn’t have the indoor space for it just yet. (We’re brainstorming this for a future project.) But for now - I’m working on a digital version to bring it to you wherever you are. We’ll go through the basics of making my every day bread, quick and easy butter, and my favorite quick cheeses. So much fun!
