We purchase these slips in bulk from a beautiful organic farm in Tennessee. The price is significantly lower when we purchase in bulk but we just don’t need this many for ourselves. This allows us to grow what we need and pass the saving on to anyone that would like to grow their own!
***NOTE: These are slips that are sold in bare root or not yet rooted (they will grow roots when planted in the ground.). They are not potted. They are anywhere from 6” long to 18” long and will produce one plant each. We are selling them in bundles of 10. A slip is grown from a sweet potato over the winter months and is plucked from the potato and planted in June. The slips will be ready to plant in the ground when you get them in late May - early June.
